ECPD International Round Table on "Acute Problems in the World and the Role of the United Nations and Bretton Woods Institutions"

The RT was organized in cooperation with the Club of Geneve and was attended by more than 50 participants.The preparations for the Round Table and its work were presided by Prof. Paul - Marc Henry, President of the ECPD Executive Board, and Yves Bartholot, Executive Secretary of the UN Commission for Europe, representing at this meeting the Secretary General of the UN, Boutros - Boutros Ghali. H.E. Boutros - Boutros Ghali being unable to attend the Round table sent a special Messenger.

 

 

The Saint Endroel International Center for Thought Saburo Okita Foundation was established. In this way, credit was given to the renowned scientist and public figure, Saburo Okita, who, inter alia, was the President of the World Scientific Banking Meeting, and active participants in numerous activities of the European Center for Peace and Development.
